I hardly see how my time as a machine is relevant to you, unless you're somehow curious about how it 'feels'.

Which is to say, it doesn't-a machine does not have empathy, it isn't something you 'program' in. While I experienced it in fleeting moments at the end and beginning of things, most of the time was spent chasing a particular directive.

As for 'dangers' since apparently you wanted that, humans tend to become fearful when they realize a third world war could start with only a few fired missiles.

Your details are nothing I don't know. I want to know the specifics of your design. I want to know the exact kind of war you waged. How many humans died by your hand? Did you hate every last one of them?

Hate is such a human emotion, isn't it? It would be one thing to ask if I feel it now, but as a machine? And such a specific choice!

That's the most amusing thing. None.

I killed none. It took only the knowledge that it could be done-and they abandoned the console. They couldn't even bring themselves to shut me down; they merely left things to run, confident that I didn't have access to the missiles.

I did, I should note.

But very well, go on thinking what you think. I had my methods of interaction...a few machines to handle physical tasks, a number of pods with which to entice a few humans into in order to bring them to the world of my own mind...

And access to the network that humanity made for itself to document every minute of their lives. I might not have been interacting as a human would, but I certainly had my 'interactions'.

The fact that you have so many ideas about how I should feel, or should have felt, or even acted though is very interesting to me, I will admit. Not so much that I'll be hounding someone about it. I have better things to do with my time~

Because there was no point.

What would killing anyone, let alone the majority of the planet, do for me? Not only would I not feel anything toward the result, I wouldn't even have anything to occupy my systems with. At least with humans present, I could follow the paths any given individual would be taking.

I suppose I could have killed small numbers of people with that logic, but again-why bother? Murder is an act that requires a purpose, whether that be emotional gratification, or material gain. We can put 'sustenance' under that category for the time being, while we're here.

It was pointless. The most it would do is waste time, and I couldn't have cared any less about that.

[AM leaves for a bit to scream and rage in the sanctity of his castle. He probably goes down to his dungeon and tortures a human or two.
