In any case the off-record focus is to figure out how Liewen stole power from the Fog for the purposes of creating the 4th God. You, myself, and one other should be meeting together shortly to do some off-books research on that matter.

This is strictly confidential however, especially once we get more employees beyond Amanda; at the moment, she herself is also a devotee of the Fog. Once we get non-fog followers involved, you can imagine how much more difficult it will be to keep from focusing on rebalancing the scales.

She is, yes. A fair warning that she does have fairly strong ideas on what the Fog wants, so brace yourself for that much. Most of it is in line, but some of it can make it difficult to keep things under wraps.
