Which is to say, it doesn't-a machine does not have empathy, it isn't something you 'program' in. While I experienced it in fleeting moments at the end and beginning of things, most of the time was spent chasing a particular directive.
As for 'dangers' since apparently you wanted that, humans tend to become fearful when they realize a third world war could start with only a few fired missiles.
